Are LUVBOD products dermatologist tested?

Several of our products are dermatologically tested, including our Vitamin C Serum and Urea Body Cream. Each product page notes which claims apply. We take formula quality seriously — everything we sell has been vetted for safety and efficacy.

Are your products vegan?

Many of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. Check the individual product pages for specific certifications (Vegan, Natural Certified, Gluten Free, Nut Free, etc.).

Are these safe for sensitive skin?

We carry products formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our Retinol Alternative line is specifically designed for people who want anti-aging results without the irritation. When in doubt, patch test first and introduce new products one at a time.

What order should I use the products?

General rule: cleanser → toner → serum → eye cream → moisturizer → SPF (morning). At night, skip the SPF and use your night cream as the last step. If you're using an active like glycolic acid, use it after cleansing and before moisturizing.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders process within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us at contact@luvbod.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Once it's shipped, we'll process a return when it arrives back.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming — join our newsletter to be the first to know.
